CoastLines Summer Institute 2009! |

Science Approach's CoastLines project is set to begin its 2009 summer institute for teachers. Held at the District of Columbia Geographic Information System Office at Jefferson Junior High School in Washington DC, the institute will feature field trips to the Baltimore Ecosystem Study Long-Term Ecological Research site, Rock Creek Park, and the Potomac River (on board the historic schooner, American Spirit). Follow the adventures of the 30 students and 33 middle school and high school teachers attending the institute at the CoastLines Facebook group site.
