Digital Image Analysis at Partners in Science |

On Friday, January 18, Don Adams, Mary Moore, and Steven Moore conducted a workshop entitled "Digital Image Analysis by the Numbers" for the Partners in Science conference in San Diego, California. The workshop featured an introduction to digital image analysis using the Discovering Image Processing materials and explorations into global warming and potentially toxic effects of nanoparticles. Partners in Science, which is supported by the MurdockTrust and the Research Corporation, funds K-12 teachers for summer research experiences with participating scientists.
